Not all pre approval are of the same quality. We use Fannie Mae underwriting software to issue your pre approval,this is the same process the underwriter uses to issue your final approval. Many lenders don’t do this very important step in the process. The standard items needed for you pre approval are the following:

1.  Two years of tax returns with the W2s.

2.  One month of paystubs or an LES

3.  Two months of checking and savings statements.

4.  Driver’s license
